C.M.P. Featured Writers, April 2022

I’m running behind today. Woke up late, got distracted by some other things I had to do, then didn’t even realize it was April 1st until I went to put the featured writer post together. April is also national poetry month, but my life revolves around poetry every single day. So this month won’t be any different for me. I’ve fully dedicated myself to this craft, and I’m proud of what Cajun Mutt Press has evolved into over the last four years. Thank y’all for coming on this journey with me. Cheers to many more poetry-fueled years to come!!

Now, to the business at hand. If you’d like to submit some writing for a featured writer spot, send 1-3 poems to cajunmuttpress@gmail.com along with a bio and author photo. I have three spots left to fill in July. Then I’ll be reading for Aug.

Manuscript submissions are officially CLOSED. If you’ve sent one in and haven’t heard from me yet, please be patient. I’m getting back to people quick as I can. So far I’ve released two books in 2022. Seven Times Down by Wilfred Hildonen, and Before the Bridges Fell by David O’Nan. The links are included in this post. Please leave a review if you’ve grabbed a copy! I also have upcoming titles by Hugh Blanton, R. Keith, Dusty Jaggers, Aleathia Drehmer, Will Mayo, and Frogg Corpse lined up. Keep your eyes peeled for more details coming soon. To the others that I haven’t gotten to yet, you’ll be hearing from me soon.

Love Y’all, Write On!
